easterseals of central texas

At the Easterseals LIFE Center, you'll find the only neuro specialized outpatient clinic in Central Texas serving clients from 3 to 103 yrs old providing an optimal environment for clients in those pre-teen and teenage years. Here they won't be treated as a child, but have therapists experienced in the full developmental span and the changes that occur through typical growth and development while recovering from neurological injury or conditions.

Easterseals has over 45 cumulative years of experience in this single location, working with folks in all phases of recovery from spinal cord injury as well as the secondary injuries that can occur through active living.

The physical, occupational, and speech therapy available provides the most specific and most comprehensive therapy services available and is tailored specifically to each client's needs, goals, and passions.

Lone Star Paralysis Foundation has provided amazing support throughout the expansion of the Easterseals LIFE Center through equipment, transportation vouchers, and scholarships for rehab services allowing the least burden possible for our clients fighting the fight for recovery.

As a client of Easterseals, there is access to many clients needing additional assistance outside of therapy. For example, you many qualify for assistance with utility bills, home modifications for accessibility and/or safety, resources for parenting and childcare opportunities, as well as affordable purchase of refurbished computers enhancing access to friends, family, resources, community, and employment.
