Transportation for Therapy & Open Gym:

Do you need transportation to and from your therapy sessions and/or gym workouts at Spero or Easterseals? LSPF will fund your Capital Metro Access bus pass to and from the rehab center if the following requirement is met:

• Therapy and/or Open Gym visits 8+ times a month

Bus passes are on a monthly renewal based on participation. Sign up is available at both Easter Seals and Spero Rehab. For Spero, contact Barbara Concannon. For Easter Seals, contact Kristin Myers.
